Job Description
  • 3+ years of proven staffing experience with IT or Tech staffing or a B2B Technical Sales
  • A strong network, ideally in IT
  • Consistent achievement of sales/recruiting quotas/metrics
  • Willingness to do what it takes to be successful
  • Strong work ethic with a passion to work hard
  • Interest in making an impact in and contribute to our growing staffing organization
  • BS required MBA preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, and organization skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source and win new candidates and new client accounts and job orders
  • Prospect new business through cold calling, referrals, and leads
  • Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their hiring needs
  • Source, vet, qualify and submit candidates to job orders
  • Negotiate client fees and agreements
  • Achieve monthly activity numbers and maintain monthly quota
  • Review media and weekly ads to identify trends and prospects
  • Assess client company position requirements, write complete job orders and appropriately match permanent and/or temporary candidates to meet client needs and expectations
  • Input, update, maintain and document client and candidate communication and activity progress within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Follow-up on all existing business to ensure retention, quality control, and development of new jobs and contacts
  • Attain consistent balanced activity in all areas defined by the Activity Metrics
  • Create and practice focused business and recruiting plans
  • Database documentation of marketing/development progress for clients and candidates
  • Proactively seek new avenues to attract clients and candidates
  • Ensure privacy for all Greenlight candidates and clients
